It was clean, the staff was really kind, plus the service was excellent! The breakfast was awesome and fantastic, there was plenty of food to chose from. The location for Venice was marvellous, not far from the Venice train station, marco polo airport and restaurants nearby. Had some takeaway meals at Fontego delle Dolcezze, set around 4-6 minutes' walk from the hotel, I couldn't resist.

Varied and plentiful breakfasts with scrambled eggs toasts. Large room with central heating, a work desk, and TV, and exceptionally comfortable bed. Incredible and stunning location - not too far from a Clarence pier. Located walk from the train station in a relatively quiet area.

Comfortable, perfect location still close enough to many of Venice's attractions. Also - close to grand canal, train station, san marco square and restaurants.

The provided breakfast was astonishing and rich with fresh pastries and cakes and scrambled eggs toasts. The location was incredible and stunning for first time visitors to Venice. Street food restaurant Fontego delle Dolcezze was located 5 minutes walk away.
The breakfast they served was poor, hope one day it will definitely be improved.

Osteria la Zucca is easy walk to the hotel. There were beautiful tourist spots in front of this venue, for example grand canal. Distance to Venice Santa Lucia train station was about 10 minutes walk.
